Studio Manager & Ceramics Instructor, The Pottery Gym

The Pottery Gym is a community ceramics studio located in Olde Kensington, Philadelphia. For the past few years, I have served as the Studio Manager. My responsibilities included teaching pottery lessons, producing commissioned work, loading and firing kilns, mixing glazes, pug-milling clay, organizing public events, and maintaining studio space.

I assisted with the production of ceramic tableware. My responsibilities included glazing ceramics, weighing and mixing glaze recipes, wheel-throwing bowls, and general studio maintenance.
